Joining Zest is straightforward and welcoming. Simply attend one of our scheduled meetings, and you can become a member on the spot.
As our existing members are weighing, we dedicate a quiet 30 minutes to you, allowing us to talk you through our eating pans, and explaining to you how our subscriptions work and anything else you wish to ask us.
At the meeting, you will receive your Members Book, meet our supportive community, and begin your journey with weekly weigh-ins and personalised guidance.
