Joining Zest Weymouth is simple and welcoming. There’s no need to book in advance, just come along to one of our weekly group sessions and you can join on the day.
At your first visit, we set aside around 30 minutes just for you while existing members are weighing in. This gives us time to talk you through how Zest works, explain our eating plans, go over subscriptions and answer any questions you might have.
You’ll receive your Zest Members Book, meet our friendly and supportive community and begin your journey with weekly weigh-ins and personalised guidance to help you stay motivated and on track.
