Another great group today Really focused for the week ahead Love how at Zest we don't just focus on the scales... we cover so much more with body image, nutrition, non guilt, feeling good in ourselves which is so important.

So I always said I would NEVER do calorie counting … I struggled to get my head round how it worked , what I’d eat etc !! So last week I took the plunge and joined !!! First weigh in lost -5lb 2nd weigh in today lost -4lb A total of 9lb in 2 weeks 😬 Never say never 😜 I’ve learnt.

Day 1 - following the solo plan and I thought I would give you my first thoughts so far:
I actually NEVER thought I would ever follow an eating plan counting calories especially after being a huge fan of SW but here I am.
More importantly I actually ENJOYED it. I love the freedom of eating things I would never dreamed off on other plans.
I’ve really, really enjoyed using the app, it’s so easy!

I can’t recommend ZEST enough , it’s absolutely amazing. I’ve had weight problems for many many years & been on lots of ‘diets’ and failed but this journey I’ve never felt so positive about succeeding with zest .
